Visual Arts graduate, illustrator and tattoo artist, Maraña specializes in dark fantasy. She has been drawing portraits since she was 14. Today her work is commissioned and distributed by different card game, video game and role-playing game companies, together with authors from other countries. She is the author of the Alas negras comics (2018) that are internationally distributed in Spanish, English and in digital form by Amazon. She is the founder of MEWO Studio (2016), comic publisher in Valdivia, Chile.
