We are a couple of historian and theatre designer who, in 2014, wanted to start a hobby thinking about an activity for our old age. Today we make red wine on a small scale in the Colchagua Valley, Chile. We planted a Carménère and Mourvèdre vineyard in our house’s garden, which, together with another family vineyard, give origin to our wines. We harvest by hand very early in the morning, and the entire winemaking process respects the natural processes of the wine; we do not clarify or filter and only apply sulphites before bottling. Each bottle is hand-written, numbered and sealed with wax.
